A private atelier creating a limited number of wedding cakes each season — by Angela Barry, Le Cordon Bleu Peru trained and Food Network featured.
Sculpted by hand to appear weightless — one of the signatures of the atelier. Available for weddings across Arkansas, and for couples who'd like the atelier at their destination, I travel for the celebration.

Keepsakes from the atelier — fine-art prints, and The Atelier Sketch: a framed portrait of the cake we designed for your day.
A&M began as a mother-and-daughter endeavor, grounded in the memory of my grandmother, Rosa Viacava de Ortega — a celebrated pastry teacher from Lima, Peru, whose decorating school shaped a generation of pastry artists across the Americas.
I trained at Le Cordon Bleu Peru and have been featured on Food Network. From Central Arkansas to Blackberry Farm in Tennessee, A&M travels for the celebrations that ask for it — each a one-of-a-kind commission, made by my hand.
